3 hr for a oil change, long wait last visit too. Didn't have a appointment we only wanted a oil change. Service guy said it be about a hour wait and it was almost 3 hours. Don't know if they did service for mileage we did get a mailing for a check up. The last time we were here for our Optima it was a long wait and on our Sorento recall and air conditioning problem we waited quit a while then found out the part they had was not the right one next day we came back and that part didn't have all the parts needed so on the 3rd day we finally got it installed. We live 20 minutes away. Found out this trouble with the air conditioning happened years ago and we didn't know enough to bring it up we just thought it worked that way on Econo it didn't work when you were not moving and stopped at a stop sign or parked. Was xxxx during traffic jams. We just figured thats how you got the good gas mileage. But thats on us, we paid for it so our son who is driving it now can stay cool. 3 days going back and forth didn't set so well. We usually don't bother with filling these out because my wife didn't like the dealership calling her to explain. More

I needed tires, a new battery among other things. I called Mando, he had me go to the dealership and he looked at my current situation. I qualified for a brand new Soul. He had to call another of their locations to get a white one for me. He sent me home in a dealership car because of my tire and had the new car ready for me the next day! I spend very little time at the dealership and yet while I was there they kept checking in with me to let me know it wouldn't be much longer. That showed me they cared about my time. Another truly great experience there! The service department is wonderful also. Great to do business with such an honest caring salesman and dealership! In the past I have spent the better part of a whole day at a dealership in Arizona, not fun! More

Oil change and accessories / glass chip I was able to get my appointment quickly and the day and time I desired. They changed it for me, with a smile, when I needed to move it up. They would tell me it was going to be ready and every time I called I was told I needed to wait another week. The fact that I had to call every time on the day they said it would be ready was upsetting. Especially with the answer of “not yet” every time. It wasn’t until I spoke to Devan that I was offered a loaner vehicle. I am just disappointed with the lack of communication. The only reason I am content right now is because of how Devan made me feel like I wasn’t completely forgotten about. More
