Worst Service department I have ever seen Simply put...I would never buy another Kia due to the fact the service department is worthless. Latest issue I have been dealing with them for over 2 months and I still cannot get an answer from them of when my car will be fixed....I cant even get them to call me back! Every time I call they tell me it will be a few more days and we will call you. They never call! I own a Chevy as well and every time I get service done I get a questionnaire from corporate regarding my satisfaction....if only Kia would do this!!!! More
