Devan R. is Awesome!! He helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed. The process was quick, and he made sure I had everything squared away before I drove is Awesome!! My dad has bought a few cars from Kia and Devan has always helped him. He even made sure to follow up with me after the process was said and done to make sure I was happy and had no questions. I respect that and was impressed because that did not happen with my last two vehicle purchases(a follow up call). I will be a forever customer, no need to go anywhere else! More

Unable to diagnose what is wrong with my 2021 Telluride which I purchased from Kia of Lansing. Vehicle started having issues a few days after I purchased it. Vehicle service history appears to be something which I purchased from Kia of Lansing. Vehicle started having issues a few days after I purchased it. Vehicle service history appears to be something that’s not given out freely, if it was, I’m convinced I would see that this vehicle was likely brought in for this issue by the previous owner as I’ve found forums for this same issue on the Telluride, it’s not good.
