Customer service was friendly and helpful the only issue I have that has nothing to do with customer service. That went in for a oil change and the price increase was a bit much it went from $42.00 to $70 I have that has nothing to do with customer service. That went in for a oil change and the price increase was a bit much it went from $42.00 to $70.00 dollars because of the type of oil that Kia recommenders is now fully synthetic I would think a costumer should have a say in what oil they get not be forced to use fully synthetic at a higher price More
