Everything was good here except the appointment got botched. I set my appt. For a regular maint checkup. I described a noise and wanted someone to check it out. I arrived to someone telling me that my botched. I set my appt. For a regular maint checkup. I described a noise and wanted someone to check it out. I arrived to someone telling me that my oil change would be done soon and they will look for the cause of the noise but because this was an oil change, I’d have to make another appt. We live an hour away and I needed resolution to the problem. I still have the problem… a nice oil change, but the noise remains. More
