I was able to schedule a same-day oil change for 4:30pm. I showed up early after talking to the service guy Jeremy who said that would be fine and I would be in and out before my appointment time.. I waited I showed up early after talking to the service guy Jeremy who said that would be fine and I would be in and out before my appointment time.. I waited over 2 hours in total. One hour after my appointment time, my car was still up on their lift. I was late to pick up my child from daycare even though I planned my appointment over an hour ahead of pick up time. I was late to family dinner that evening as well. The service manager woman working the express lane apologized to me and gave me a discount, but a $10 discount doesn't fix a TWO HOUR waste of my time for an oil change. More
