I went in for an equity trade. I was told at the desk my tadein would be valued at 19500. They did not honor that on contract, instead putting 13500.00 as a gross tradein and cha I was told at the desk my tadein would be valued at 19500. They did not honor that on contract, instead putting 13500.00 as a gross tradein and charging me 8577.00 for a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan with over 76000 miles. My vehicle, a 2022 Hyundai Elantra had 26440 miles on it. When I complained the Finance manager laughed at me and said your car is not worth that. Subsequently while looking on their site, my vehicle is listed for sale at 19,000 plus. So which is it worth that much or not????? More
