Long wait (5min at least) to be checked in for appointment. Car sat outside for over an hour for SW update. I Asked that car not be washed when I was asked. It was washed and took about 30 min for appointment. Car sat outside for over an hour for SW update. I Asked that car not be washed when I was asked. It was washed and took about 30 min for customer service rep to bring it around. Thats when I asked to see multipoint inspection results...and waited for print out which were all green. More
