I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic on my 2020 Ford Edge, which was purchased at this same dealership. I was told that they would not be able to do the diagnostic at this service center, but inste Ford Edge, which was purchased at this same dealership. I was told that they would not be able to do the diagnostic at this service center, but instead they would send my car to a local Ford dealership to perform the diagnostic. My appointment was on a Monday, and by Thursday my car had not moved from the same parking spot that I had left it in. No one communicated with me about the delay, or that no one had even started to look at my car. I had to call the service representative and ask for an update, which he tried to tell me that the car had been sent to the Ford dealership. I then informed him that I had left an airtag GPS locator in my car, and I knew that my car had not moved from where I left it. This caused my repair to be extremely delayed, and cost me several work days. More

Our Kia Sorrento 2026 brand new hybrid with 660 miles on it has defective tires and they will not honor them at all. We were told they were defective because I got a flat tire and My Husband brought it to it has defective tires and they will not honor them at all. We were told they were defective because I got a flat tire and My Husband brought it to a tire place that handle these tires and they wouldn't fix it because they said it was defective and Kia of Leesburg said too bad.
