Sirhan was an excellent salesman with no pressure - we knew we wanted a KIA Soul and he immediately got keys for us to drive one. We love the Kia Sol we have but it was really hard to trade in the first Ki This dealership raises the bar on how a dealership should function. We love the Kia Sol we have but it was really hard to trade in the first Kia Sol we owned. Bill Bryan Kia runs like a top. You pull into the service lines and a service rep glides up to the car with a clip board and after a few questions you are off to the coffee and donuts in the customer lounge. The customer service area is filled with comfortable chairs facing a large TV on the wall.Free WiFi was a brilliant idea The dealership also has a fun area with toys to keep the kids entertained . Not sure what goes on in the Bill Bryan garage but when our car is finished, it feels and drives like it was new. We really love our Sol and we feel so very lucky to have Bill Bryan Kia to keep the car and us on the road. More
