Thank you for the copy-and-paste response. It’s reassuring to know that after everything I experienced, your biggest concern seems to be posting the same generic apology you leave on every negative review. You say you’d “love to get to the bottom of this,” but I already gave your dealership plenty of opportunities to do exactly that while I was there for hours and through multiple conversations afterward. Instead, I was met with rude behavior, broken promises, and a finance department that ignored my explicit instructions not to withdraw funds from my account after I never took possession of the vehicle. So no, this wasn’t simply a visit that “didn’t meet your high standards.” It was a series of decisions made by your staff that caused the problems in the first place. If your dealership truly wants to “turn things around,” it starts with accountability and resolving the issues—not posting another generic response after the damage has already been done.

Thank you for your response, but I have already made multiple attempts to address these issues directly with your dealership and your finance department. Unfortunately, those efforts were met with rude behavior, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. The biggest issue is that I specifically instructed your finance manager not to withdraw any funds from my bank account because I never took possession of the vehicle. Despite that clear instruction, the funds were taken anyway. When I tried to resolve the matter, I was treated with impatience and disrespect. Mario in finance also informed me there was nothing he could do, which only added to my frustration. At this point, I don’t believe this was simply a matter of “missing the mark.” This was a failure to communicate honestly, respect a customer’s instructions, and provide acceptable customer service. I have already shared my concerns with your team, yet the issues remain unresolved. If Kia of Leesburg is truly interested in making this right, I expect meaningful action rather than another generic request to discuss the matter privately. Accountability and a fair resolution would speak much louder than a standard response to a public review
