Ted "Q "Quinones was a very outgoing and friendly salesperson...but never "pushy" as some I have encountered.. and he worked in a very straight forward manner to bring me to a fair trade-in deal that I am very satisfied with. Makes me very happy to be a Kia owner again! My car is perfect for my wife.. very, very happy about that! The fellow (forgot his name now) who was there was friendly and courteous and explained the features of the car to my wife...as well as going over the car.. and that was very important to me....extremely superior to the Kia Soul I traded this car for!! Getting ignored So after I walked around the lot and decided what I liked, Salesmen had seen me but chose to not come talk to me. I finally walked inside to get someone with sales and stood there a couple minutes before anyone talked to me. I look pretty young and I guess no one wanted to take me serious in buying a car. I ended up working with JB after he walked over to talk to me. We talked that day and he called me later with other cars that might fit into my price range. I talked to him again the next day regarding a vehicle and asked him to finalize numbers on the car and call me back and let me know what the payment might be and total cost for the car out the door. He said he would and never contacted me back. They didn't try very hard to work towards what I was wanting. So I ditched OP Kia and went to Family Kia St. Augustine and got a much better deal on my trade in and price for the new vehicle I wanted. With my first Kia, the service department is MUCH better than sales. They should get some ideas on how to be kind and respectful to all customers from the service department. I never had any issues with Service. More
Service center MUCH better than sales guys! I just bought my 2nd Kia (from a different dealership) but with my first kia, OP did all the service to it and I had one bad experience with them and I just bought my 2nd Kia (from a different dealership) but with my first kia, OP did all the service to it and I had one bad experience with them and they quickly and kindly fixed the issue no questions asked. The service department has always been wonderful and I definately recommend the service department, just not the sales department! More

Kirt is a partner in the business and once he heard something went wrong he went out of his way to correct the situation and went above and beyond. I think very highly of him and the business he is running. I would recommend him and his dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car. We agreed on a deal for a black 2012 kia forte on saturday september 27, 2014. Was told to come back on september 29, 2014 to bring the spare key for our trade in and sign other papers. When we got to the dealer we were told that we still owed 325$ for the payoff of the trade in and that we only had 2 choices to increase our monthly payment(after it was already increased by 4$/month than agreed to before going in finance room) or write them a check. We were told on saturday that they would take care of the payoff and they contacted the lien holder and had a payoff amount, which every time I had purchased a car they needed the exact amount of payoff. So now I am being told that it was my fault for signing the agreement which they told me the amount of the payoff. I asked the manager again and he agreed that they did call the lien holder and got the payoff amount that saturday but neglect to tell me on that same day that they could not get a hold of anyone so its my fault. So I told them this is whole thing is stupid and bad business, and he responded saying not to call him stupid ran out the room fuming. After wasting more time they finally said they would take care of it but not after saying if I had a better attitude they would have done it sooner or I can return the vehicle. I told them I want my trade in back and cancel the deal (which Three Day Guarantee says I can) . I was told no that it is in the books already. They told me they would take care of it but nothing in writing that assures me and manager never apologized or talked to me again. I bought the car at a more than fair price for the dealership because salesman did great work but such a shame I will not be referring or buying anything from Kia of Orange Park. What ever happened to customer service and professionalism? I am very disappointed. More
Top Notch - Grade A - No one can touch this!! I initially called in on a Sunday to talk to someone about getting pre-approval before riding all the way to Orange Park from Fernandina Beach. And I I initially called in on a Sunday to talk to someone about getting pre-approval before riding all the way to Orange Park from Fernandina Beach. And I wasn't working with the best credit ever either. I talked with Mr. Raynard Gilyard - very courteous and helpful - he took all my information , and after working on my attempt to be blessed with a new vehicle and several calls back and forth - he phoned me on Tuesday and asked me to come down. I went down on Wednesday morning and met with the nicest man I've ever dealt with. He knew what I wanted and had worked his rear end off for over two days because of my lower than average credit score and he was able to show me around and let me test drive the vehicle that I wanted. I fell in love instantly. Raynard along with his manger Mr. Richard DeAugustine jumped through hoops and hurdles for me and made me feel like a queen and truly deserving of the new vehicle they had worked so hard to get me approved for. I thank both of them from the bottom of my heart and will forever send anyone to KIA of Orange Park. They are absolutely great and excelled in every aspect of customer service. I left that day in my brand new car and have never been happier and know that if I have questions, they are just a phone call away and will welcome me with open arms. Thank you KIA of Orange Park!! Mr. Mosley greeted us with a smile and a whole lot of knowledge and confidence. He made the experience for my son very pleasant and assuring as this was his first experience with car buying. The service we received goes beyond all car buying experiences that I have ever been apart of until now. Mr. Mosley was very patient and went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs. Two or three months after the purchase of my sons new vehicle Mr. Mosley still contacted us to make sure everything was going well with the car and that we was satisfied with our purchase. He has really made this process go as smooth as possible within his control. I would recommend Mr. Mosley to everyone I know in need of a car and great service.
