We were encouraged to sign up for a Platinum membership at the time of sale because he told us we could not sign up for it "after the sale", but assured that we could cancel immediately after we researched it if we decided we didn't want the extra coverage. We called to cancel and were told we had to stop by in person to make the request. We did. A month later, we had not received the refund. We called and spoke with a Finance Assistant, and she told us that she could see no evidence of the request but that she would personally take care of it. I gave her the paperwork she requested. She indicated she had received it, but we've heard nothing since and it's now been 2 1/2 months since the sale. Another agent promised referrals for body work we wanted done.
