After 30 years of buying cars, having a fleet of cars for our business; I ran to a car the had advertised in Car Gurus for $16.223 including all their fees except for Tax, tag and Title. We live in Estero, s our business; I ran to a car the had advertised in Car Gurus for $16.223 including all their fees except for Tax, tag and Title. We live in Estero, so its about and hour drive there. We had in writing that the price will NOT be change, and indeed included all fees, they send me a screen shot from their own website that guarantees the SAME. Well we arrived there on a Sunday after all the promises described the same morning, We waited over 30 min for the manager to be free, only 1 available for for more than 10 tables waiting. we were straight forward, we came for the exact deal that is advertised. Well that never happened, he try to push: WINDOWS TINTING RECONDOTIONING FEES DEALER FEES $1300 ELECTRONIC FEES $595 PLUS tax, tag and title. Our deal of $16.223 became a $19.000 plus tax tag and title, When he saw, we were not going to move forward, he got angry and raise his voice at us, telling what a great deal the car was, he said he will removed the window tinting, reconditioning fees, BUT his dealer fees and electronic fees are NOT negotiable, so we need it to pay $2000 more. We show him his own website, the texts send by his employees. his reply was, he does not care. This is by far a dishonest car dealer that takes advantage of his customers. More

To be honest, I was absolutely dreading walking into the dealership. Think I would rather have my toenails pulled than go through the new car buying process. I have to admit though, the process went smoot dealership. Think I would rather have my toenails pulled than go through the new car buying process. I have to admit though, the process went smoothly with no major issues. The initial set up through Brianna was great, Frank was an amazing salesman, very patient and knowledgeable and Joey was easy to deal with and quick to explain each step. Heck, even the finance manager Daniel was a great guy and I usually hate those people. Overall, no complaints at all, the team was great to work with at the Port Charlotte Kia dealership and I would recommend giving them a visit! More
