They must be very understaffed due to covid or something. I was ignored for at least 10 minutes when I arrived. Was not given the usual very thorough intro and follow up through the 3 hour wait. Although it took me 4 tries to get a scheduled appointment this time it was an excellent experience starting off with your adviser, Rachel. 3 time I was promised a call back with a scheduled date appointment this time it was an excellent experience starting off with your adviser, Rachel. 3 time I was promised a call back with a scheduled date that did not happen. We bought our 21 Sorento last year from Billie you provided the new ownership perk of first time oil change is free and they used synthetic oil which KIA has specified for years in the handbook. This is our 4th Sorento and we love what we get for what we have to pay. More
