I was very impressed with Port Charlotte Kia. My sales person was Derrick and he was extremely helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. After I signed all the documents with Richard, whom I really liked as after a long day, he was pleasant and easy to talk to, Derrick walked me to my new car and explaind how certain things worked. He set up my blue tooth for me, helped me get radio stations in place, and answered all my questions. He and Richard both told me not to hesitate to call them if I needed anything. Side note: You cant get through to talk to anyone. I tried to call Kia the next day and was on hold over an hour. You definitely need to hire people to answer the phones! I also enjoyed working with Aley , I don't think thats his name, but he was the insurance guy. He was great and answered all my questions! Anyway.....I really appreciate how nice everyone at Kia was to me and they made buying a car a very nice experience! More

As painful a car buying experience as we have ever had. Twice we tried to walk but were told they would do better. It took 7 hrs because our salesman was new and never did a used car turn it. He got my wife's name wrong despite having her drivers lic in his hand...had to start paperwork over again. We clearly stated we wanted $35,000 for our vehicle or we would leave, Austin agreed to that but never made it on ther contract. We had an email from the General Manager and the Finance and Sales Staff seemed totally confused what we were talking about. Our goal was to lower our monthly payment and interest rate per the Gen Manager's email, NONE of that was honored. Our Financial Rep with two whole days in the company made promises he had no intention of keeping, when a different Financial Rep came in to fix the interest rate, to 4.49, dispite asking him to stay, he left us. The other Financial Rep got angry and scolded us for not listening to him. My God, we could have leased that K5 KIA for 36 months at $299 a month....the salesman nor Finance Rep had no knowledge of the REVUP Program on the company website. We have been loyal customers for over 7 years, bought 4 cars from them. Billy Fuccillo and Bill Shallow, great folks, cared about customers. This new crew, RUN! RUN as fast as you can to a different dealer. They only see dollar signs! More

We bought the car we wanted, but it was not a pleasant experience. We were at the dealership for six hours. Our salesperson was friendly but not knowledgeable or helpful. The Finance Manager came out and said they would finish in 10 minutes if we would stay; we did and it was another hour and 5 minutes! We were given incorrect information about our finance company, first payment due date, we were not told the interest rate and so much more. None of the features of the car were explained and they did a horrible job on the detailing. More
