Typical car dealer experience nothing exciting nothing outstanding. The finance employee was very slick. Couldn’t explain the numbers added a tint package to a car that already has tint. And then, after all the paperwork was signed, transferred my loan to a totally different company without telling me so my insurance didn’t match what I was told, and I never received new paperwork. The salesman told me that financing was a better deal than cash on a used car. It turned out to cost me approx $600 more and was a big hassle. Finance person did NOT submit any paperwork correctly - ie gave us a thumb drive with purchase info/loan info/ extended warranty and when we got home it was blank. Called our salesperson to advise to h ie gave us a thumb drive with purchase info/loan info/ extended warranty and when we got home it was blank. Called our salesperson to advise to have all information sent to us .didnt happen. Twice. got call from license person at dealer and original information was filled out wrong so now license plates will be delayed. (Called finance mgr on third day to complain still have not gotten the information. ( Found out our vehicle we purchased has many things wrong and should be covered under the extended warranty, from our mechanic at home) Called Nissan warranty and they never received the information that we purchased an extended warranty. Also when we drove off lot with the vehicle we just purchased, 3 people on the freeway rolled down their windows to tell us the paper license was about to blow off ie sales person didn’t attach paper license place well enough and we even had a discussion about that very thing before he put it on . ( should’ve attached a plastic holder ) Also, they did not have us update our new vehicle information on our auto insurance website before we left - which delayed the loan process and cashing our down payment check. ( found out from another dealer that we bought another car from - they were VERY surprised that they hadn’t helped us with auto insurance info - but that dealer helped us with the car we purchased from them as well as the car we just purchased from Kia ) So, fair warning double check everything IF you purchase from Morgan Auto Group . More
