Kia of Puyallup

I have had my Kia for over 4 years and have not and will not have it serviced anywhere else. The staff are friendly, the quality of advice and workmanship is outstanding. After a not so satisfying trip to Renton Kia, I drove to Puyallup with my trade-in car. I drove home with a new Kia Soul and I've been very pleased ever since. I have a Kia dealership right by my house, but can't stand the service department one bit! Keegan Williams is by far one of the greatest employees and your company is very luck to have him! But it's not just Keegan either it's pretty much the whole service department! My only problem is the wait time lol but who can't say that right :) More

I have dealt with the service department twice since I bought my Kia. The first time for a dash light the second for an oil change. They are always helpful and polite. After I was there the last time I ha bought my Kia. The first time for a dash light the second for an oil change. They are always helpful and polite. After I was there the last time I had an additional question, which I emailed to them and the service manager called my phone within an hour to give me more information. We went into this dealer for the first time, late on a Friday night. My wife was looking for a new car and had never been in a Kia before. Our needs mandate an all wheel drive vehicle so after looking at Friday night. My wife was looking for a new car and had never been in a Kia before. Our needs mandate an all wheel drive vehicle so after looking at the different models we decided a Sportage would be right for us. The quality of the vehicle was impressive. Bob took us out for a test drive, and remember this was late already, we got a few miles from the dealership when the roads were blocked from an accident. Our test drive took us on an out of the way route and way longer than we had planned. When we finished and told Bob we would think about it over the week and may be back next weekend, we got no pressure and no attitude about wasting his time this late at night. We did go back the next weekend and purchased the vehicle after another extended test drive and much time spent by Bob going over everything with the vehicle. We ended up with some extras (3 years of oil changes and car washes) that we thought made the experience better. During our week of thinking it over and checking the vehicle out online, we were able to find the vehicle for a little less but decided to buy it from Kia of puyallup due to the hel from Bob Paul. My experience from the purchase to my new Kia Sportage last May to the service department has been outstanding! I came in for an appt to service my Kia Sportage. I was getting an oil change. So nothing fancy. I always go in on Saturdays but this time I got a Friday morning appt. Even though I was second in line, the getting an oil change. So nothing fancy. I always go in on Saturdays but this time I got a Friday morning appt. Even though I was second in line, the lady behind the counter practically ignored me. She helped another person ahead of me, who had come in after me. I finally had to butt in to ask for help. She said she would be right with me and to have a seat. 30 mins later, when she appeared to be free. I went back to desk. She then filled out my paper work. She never smiled, she never apologized for the wait. Dont get me wrong, I love the service people at Kia of Puyallup. I will just never go there on a Friday again. I know the guys who work there behind the desk on the weekends. and they are always friendly and helpful. back to Saturdays for me. More

Service Center staff were fast, efficient, and very courteous. The friendly technicians had my car done very quickly and washed it afterwards.
