Feminist I usually have Humberto(5 stars to him). He was with someone and I decided to give another service person a try (never told me his name). I told the p I usually have Humberto(5 stars to him). He was with someone and I decided to give another service person a try (never told me his name). I told the person that my tire light is on and my tire was almost flat in my drive way. Waited in the waiting room for awhile and everyone who was in there received updates on their car and/or was told their car was done. 90 minutes went by, no update from my service person. I went up to the front desk and told them how ridiculous it is to not have had an update in 90 min. The service person said Oh..well.. all your tires just needed air. They were all low. I told the service person to check my front passenger tire again because it was flat in my driveway. 10 mintues someone new gives me an update and said they found a puncture in that tire and will patch it. Are you kidding me???? Its almost 2 hours and because I said to check my tire again... now they found it. Absurd! The service person didn't even want to believe me to check it again. Next time I will only see Humberto! Always great service with him!! More
