Turns out the tire had a nail in the sidewall and patching it would not work so the tire had to be replaced. As my NitroFill warranty was still in effect I got a new tire, mounted, speed balanced etc. at no cost. As usual, as I always bring my KIA SOUL back for servicing, staff are courteous, helpful, and professional. Kudos to Jonathan who answered all my questions about the tire and options, as well as, the warranty. More
Over promising with no understanding Bought in my brand Sportage in to be fixed. When purchased there was an air bubble in the clear applique on thr bumber. They promised to order a new o Bought in my brand Sportage in to be fixed. When purchased there was an air bubble in the clear applique on thr bumber. They promised to order a new one, called me when it arrived and and said it woukd take 10-20 mintues to fix. When I arrived I waited 2 hours to be told they couldn't fix the bumper bubble and it would have to be out sourced to a 3rd party. Found Manny on the way out he said to take it to detail and his guy would do it no problem. 3 hours later they came out and said they would have to get me a rental car. I did and left the car there over night. Came back the next day old bubble gone new bubble appeared. Pointed it out to Jack and he said its just the way it is and it will go away on its own. I don't believe him and the new bubble is still there. Not really happy about it and i plan on brining it back again to correct it BC its brand new. More

Sales Rep Gene Honeycutt is one in a billion!!! OMG, OMG, WOW, WOW, WOW, where do I start? Our experience with Gene Honeycutt was phenomenal!!! The reason being is because Gene is not pushy, listens OMG, OMG, WOW, WOW, WOW, where do I start? Our experience with Gene Honeycutt was phenomenal!!! The reason being is because Gene is not pushy, listens to exactly what you are telling him, understands what you want and gets you what you want!!! My wife Angela was ready to call it quits on Sunday 07/21/19 after a terrible experience with a Honda dealership because of their pushy salesmen and bullying tactics. Luckily, I convinced her to visit Kia of Wesley Chapel again and to see Gene (we had seen him before but weren't ready to buy anything because we needed to shop around and do some further research). From the moment we met Gene again to the moment we left your dealership with a brand new Telluride (for my wife) and a brand new Optima (for myself) we had been through an extraordinary and seamless experience. He explained to us what was going on EVERY step of the way and was very honest and transparent (probably his greatest qualities). Gene even went the extra mile and bought us dinner + dessert as his exceptional peripheral vision could see my wife and I were getting very hungry. Whatever you are paying Gene, please pay him more!! You should clone him. That way you will become the most successful car dealership company in the world. I cannot sing his praises enough. He is a fantastic salesman that really empathizes, cares and connects with his customers. My salesman greeted me and right from the start I got the feeling that he was being upfront with me which was a nice change of pace. He listened to what I needed and even took notice that I was a a veteran from my wounded warrior hat I was wearing. We found a car that was perfect for me. The finance team worked very hard and fast to get me the financing that was needed. And even the girls that were in charge of the signing were nice and pleasant in spite of being very busy. Too that with a free cruise and I don't know what else you could need. Good job guys!! More
