One of my neighbors insisted that I look into Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel due to the heavy flooding of advertisement scattered throughout the area. Well, I did just that. I contacted Fuccillo and spoke with a sales representation, Patrice Jenkins over the phone. Patrice was briefed on my concerns and expectations and never steered me wrong. Patrice was honest, respective, and straight forward. Even though I never physically met Patrice, just during our quick phone call, she represented the company in a way that demonstrated her customer service skills to a level every multi-million dollar business wishes to have as their asset. I then arrived at Fuccillo after driving a hour from the last Kia Dealership. I was greeted by sales representative, Luis Castellanos. From start to finish, Luis did everything possible to make my visit and purchase easy and fluid with no error. Luis was patient and professional, and even offered to buy me something to eat, Chick-Fil-A to be exact as I waited. Luis’s team members, Aldelso and Tim Ousley should be given the “assist” in sealing this deal. Both members worked aggressively while working hand and hand with Luis in crunching numbers. Amazing service! When we decided to purchase a Kia we knew we had to go to Fuccilo but the cherry on top of the cake was Mr Nelso Bou - our sales person. Everyone in the dealer did! The sales manager, the financial guy. Some other associate that had to do nothing with us approached and offer me coffee - which was delicious! Sorry I don’t know they’re names :( It was a long process, so be ready to be there at least 4 hours - but it always is. At least that has been our experience. I asked for an especific number for my monthly payments and they even gave me one a couple of bucks lower. I had a certain amount to put down and that was the amount they worked with. It really was a above and beyond service. I’ll recommend them 100%. Nelson was my shining star so ask for him! More
