Even with all of these difficulties they got us into a car and got us pre-approved for a second car once we can afford a down payment. It was a positive experience Working with Manuel was easy and pretty quick. He was very professional and was able to answer all questions. I do have one complaint, I know it was late when we finished all paperwork and employees were eager to leave but I didn't feel that the car was cleaned very well. We had to take it the next day to the car wash and do some major detailing. There was still tape in some spots that we had to use mineral spirits to get it off. Would have expected a brand new car that cost as much as it did to be cleaner. More
