Highly Disappointed, Not worth the drive from Clearwater The salesperson, Jesse Frias, was friendly and polite. However, I felt pressured by him and his manager. Most of my questions went unanswered. Jes The salesperson, Jesse Frias, was friendly and polite. However, I felt pressured by him and his manager. Most of my questions went unanswered. Jesse constantly told me he would find the answer to my questions, but he never did. His manager was useless. When I told him I did not want to purchase the extra warranty, he got up and left and we never saw him again. I did want to purchase Credit Life Insurance, but it was never offered to me. They put on the paperwork that I declined it. When I called about it the following day, I was told it was too late and I could not purchase the insurance. They were supposed to register the new vehicle by transferring a plate from one of my former cars in which the plate is not currently assigned to a vehicle. Instead, they transferred the plate that was currently assigned to my husband's vehicle, leaving that car unregistered. I didn't find out until my birthday rolled around and I went to the tax office to renew the registrations on all my vehicles. That cost me an extra $299.10. I called to file a complaint with the General Manager. He was on a cruise. I left a message but he never returned my call. More
