Highly Disappointed, Not worth the drive from Clearwater The salesperson, Jesse Frias, was friendly and polite. However, I felt pressured by him and his manager. Most of my questions went unanswered. Jesse constantly told me he would find the answer to my questions, but he never did. His manager was useless. When I told him I did not want to purchase the extra warranty, he got up and left and we never saw him again. I did want to purchase Credit Life Insurance, but it was never offered to me. They put on the paperwork that I declined it. When I called about it the following day, I was told it was too late and I could not purchase the insurance. They were supposed to register the new vehicle by transferring a plate from one of my former cars in which the plate is not currently assigned to a vehicle. Instead, they transferred the plate that was currently assigned to my husband's vehicle, leaving that car unregistered. I didn't find out until my birthday rolled around and I went to the tax office to renew the registrations on all my vehicles. That cost me an extra $299.10. I called to file a complaint with the General Manager. He was on a cruise. I left a message but he never returned my call. More

Buying a New Car I decided to come to this dealership because my mom recommended me to go there to purchase my first car, and from the second we pulled up to the deale I decided to come to this dealership because my mom recommended me to go there to purchase my first car, and from the second we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted right away, by John who then took us inside and sat us down with another guy (I forgot his name) as we started the credit process, from then on to see if I was able to purchase a car. There’s way more I could say but these guys made it happen! They tried everything in their power to make sure I walked out with a brand new car that same day! They were all amazing, and super polite. Regardless of me not having the best credit, they made me feel way better about purchasing a car. Also, such a HUGE help with keeping my 2 year old son occupied the whole time I was at the dealership. Very welcoming, making sure we weren’t hungry or thirsty as well which was amazing because I felt super comfortable. The process for buying the car was quite a wait because of the fact my parents weren’t in at the exact moment which delayed everything seeing as I needed their help, but overall everything was perfect!!! I LOVE this amazing dealership! Thank you to John Chasko and a few others for helping me and guiding me every single step of the way! These guys are the best and I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know! ALSO, for me purchasing a new car I was able to win a free cruise which is one of the best things ever!!!
