Avoid if possible If you do decided to buy a car here ask for Sean he was amazing. The fiance guys and sales managers all the way up to the GSM made my expirence horrible. I was told they were doinig me a favor and threw the fact that I had horrible credit in my face. I spent 2 days trying to purchase a car i wanted only to have to deal with them adding 2000 to my loan I was borrowing from the bank to get a bigger up front payment with out my knowledge. Then when I pointed it out I felt like they were doing me a favor. Spent 3 hours yelling and asking for my down payment back before I gave up and left with a vehical. Not an honorable dealership. Avoid if possible. More

Mr Pat is AWSOME!!! I went in with the thought I had ok credit. Turns out I was WAY wrong and had zero credit to work with! While I panicked, Mr. Pat quickly put me at ea I went in with the thought I had ok credit. Turns out I was WAY wrong and had zero credit to work with! While I panicked, Mr. Pat quickly put me at ease and explained several options. He grabbed a manager(Emilio), who was FABULOUS, and they got to work. I gave a payment budget I was comfortable with and they did everything in their power to get me there. I did go slightly over that mentioned budget but that was MY choice and it allowed them to offer me a fantastic extended warranty!! Needless to say, I left in exactly what I NEEDED for me and my family!! I will be back in 6-12 months with my vastly improved credit score and Mr. Pat is THE person I will be going to! THANK YOU FUCCILLO KIA & MR. PAT!!!!! More

Great Experience From scheduling my maintenance to driving away after it was completed, Fuccillo KIA service made it a breeze. Was met by one of the service advisors before I had time to get out of my car. He was friendly and professional and took over from there. I waited in the area nearby and had coffee and fruit available there and watched TV while browsing through reading materials. Before I knew it, my car was ready. They even offered me a car wash! But it looked like rain, so I declined. I will definitely be back! More
