Excellent dealership courteous and professional staff! I have purchased two new vehicles from Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel! My 2017 Kia Forte was totalled after being rear ended a little over two weeks ag I have purchased two new vehicles from Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel! My 2017 Kia Forte was totalled after being rear ended a little over two weeks ago! I had just purchased my car in December 2016 and was now in need of finding another vehicle! I reached out to the salesman that sold me my 2017 Kia Forte he was on vacation but I was promptly contacted by another salesman Michael Lindsay! Michael is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! I was stressed over the total loss of my vehicle but was very relieved once going back to Fuccillo Kia. Michael helped me in purchasing a new 2018 Kia Forte. The car was White with Black trim and interior! The car is absolutely gorgeous and a pleasure to drive. Tim Ousley Finance Manager was very professional and courteous as well. He assisted me in the terms of financing and also helped me file the claim with my GAP insurance! All of the staff there are courteous and made my visit at the dealership a very enjoyable one! I will highly recommend Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel and will definitely continue to use this dealership if I should ever need to purchase a new vehicle in the future! More

Profit was reasonable for the work needed. Overall very satisfied with my experience. I purchased my vehicle from Herbert about a year ago and he saw me waiting and came over and chatted with me. It was nice that he took the time. Makes the whole process very personalable, makes you fee like more than just a sale. More

I went to the dealership and only had 2 1/5 hours to spare because of a wedding I was in. When I arrived I met Christian Morell. He was very friendly and I was very blunt and to the point with him. I told him I knew what I wanted and I only had a few hours to spare. After driving test driving the vehicle I was sure I was purchasing the vehicle. Christian undertood me as a consumer and relayed the information to the sales manager and the financing team. Christian did not waste my time trying to sell me another vehicle. The finacing team did a great job getting me out of there in a timely fashion. Overall great experience. Great job by Christian for understandning his customer. Thank you Fuccillo Kia for a great buying experience. I purchased a maintenance package and hope that my experience with the maintenance division will be the same. More
