Jr took us to look at the different options , than we got the process started, he kept us informed on how it was going and they worked with us to get the deal done .Not once did we have to wonder what was going on or where he had disappeared to . Best customer service I’ve ever received from a car dealership, maybe anywhere . Would definitely recommend Kia and ask for Jr as your Salesman, he is fantastic. Everyone was very nice that we met . Our salesman, Starlin, was genuinely friendly and attentive, and literally ran between our table and the manager's desk when we had a question or request that needed management approval. He and the management team truly did their best to accommodate our needs, and never used some of the tactics we've seen in most car dealerships over the years. While we were waiting for the final paperwork, Manny Agurcia came and sat with us, talking about his years with Kia and giving us an interesting historical perspective. He was sincerely enthusiastic about the company and the new direction it was taking with the Stinger. All the staff we met were excited and passionate about the Stinger. We've bought enough cars and worked with enough sales people and managers to get a good sense of the underlying culture of the dealership. Often it has felt like we were in the shark tank. Not here; at Fuccillo Kia we were swimming with dolphins. The overall experience was the best we could remember having. My wife said to me, "I'd definitely buy a Kia from this place" (and she, like me, detests the usual car buying experience). That's high praise. Highly recommended. More

Absolutely Wonderful!!!! Can't say enough about this place. Right from the start they went above & beyond. 1st, it started pouring right before we're pulled into the dealersh Can't say enough about this place. Christian Morell( our new salesman for life, HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM) had us park under the overhang & went to get us an umbrella so not to get wet. As soon we got in we told him that were just kind of looking, That I wasn't real sure about KIAs & I was leaning more towards an Accord, but my daughter-in-law had an Optima her sister, a Cadenza & they loved them, so decided we would at least check them out. Christian asked a few basic questions to see what specifics I was looking for in a car then said he thinks he has something that I might be intrested in. He brings me this GORGEOUS 2018 Optima. It has everything I want & then some. Drives beautifully, I love it but still not 100% drawn away from the Accord. We talk a little bit about a few things and I discussed it with my husband but I'm still not sold So I ask if they have any Cadenzas just so I can look. They only have a used one which was fine with me. I was willing to have a car that with a couple years old. We walk over to where the car was and it was gorgeous, the color everything. I take that for a test drive. Get back, this is where this dealership really goes above and beyond. We decided it was between these 2 cars. It was somtime after 7pm when we arrived at the dealership. These wonderful people (who I'm sure I drove crazy) Told me that they are there for as long as I feel I needed to stay there to make a decision that I was comfortable with. Whether that be buying from them or not. I even offered to come back the next day when I noticed it was past closing time. They said no, they are here until I am ready. In the end I drove away from Fuccillo Kia at almost 11pm in my GORGEOUS 2015 Cadenza and I couldn't be happier with my decision. To everyone that stayed so late for us we can't thank you guys enough, especially Christian, Kenny & Mike!! We will definitely be back!! More
