Sketchy Dealings We bought two other cars here, before it was under new owners. Everything went great. We bought a third car here several days ago, and never again. Th We bought two other cars here, before it was under new owners. Everything went great. We bought a third car here several days ago, and never again. They were very misleading. After things were said and done, we started realizing what they were doing. They put the car in the co-signers name, instead of the person buying the car. When we called, the managers, Isaac and Alex, could not have been more rude. When asked, “So you’re saying you have our money, so you just don’t care?” Issac replied with “Well....” and then silence. We spoke to the owner, Manny, who said he would make it all right, but Isaac said good luck getting him to say it again. The girl that handled the paperwork may have been 18, and was more concerned with flirting with the sales guys. Lisa in registration totally blew us off. Alex and Isaac could not have been more rude if they tried. After two weeks of no return phone calls, rudeness when we did reach someone, and getting nowhere, I regret ever stepping foot in Fuccilo Kia. They lost a repeat buyer, but as Alex made clear, they have others so they don’t care. More
