Poor customer service. ONLY care about money Bought a brand new min van early oct. Then a MONTH later they call and say I owed them $600 for taxes they incorrectly added and laughed saying it was my fault cause I was in a hurry. They don't care about here customers only about the money. I shouldn't have to pay because they don't know how to do their job!! More

Not a bad drive, I thought, so began communicating with Kris at Kimberly BMW where the car was. His real-life, non-pushy personality made me feel comfortable with him, and my search almost immediately. I too, am in a sales profession, and his style of consultative vs pushy is what I do... Perfect fit! We drove to Davenport, traded our 330i, had a nice weekend near the Mississippi, and enjoyed a great ride back home. I have already told many of my friends and work colleagues how great the purchasing experience was with Kris.
