I stopped at Kings ford today and they informed me that no parts were required, that it was just a reprogramming required and they would do it while I waited. While we awaited we were invited to share in their cook out and we had hamburgers, chips and a drink. about thirty minutes later we were ready to go. We had purchased out Escape at the other dealer ship but we now have a new dealer ship for our repairs and when we need a new escape. Thank you Kings Ford for exceptional service More
