We simply gave you our best price, which you stated you had to have, or you weren’t coming into our dealership. You didn’t like our price, so we told you to purchase at the dealership with the better price. Not really sure how that results with you being upset? You were looking for the best deal, correct? And we couldn’t provide that and wished you good luck in your search. Here’s the full details: You sent an email asking for our best price on a Ford Edge ST. We provided you our best price. You responded with an email stating you had seen better prices elsewhere. We simply responded back, stating that if you have a better price, we recommend you purchasing it from that dealership. You asked for our best price, when we gave it to you, you proceeded to tell us how aggravating dealing with dealers is. Since we couldn’t give you your best price, and we’re aggravating to you, we simple told you to purchase where the best price was and good luck in your search.
