I would go to a buy here Pay here before I would do business with Kings Ford. Please read full article to find out why Kings Ford should be avoided at all costs. First off.. I went to the sales department to trade my 2011 GMC Terrain for a 2019 Ford Fusion. After hours of waiting, the sales person came back and told me that he needs another day. After 2 days I was told I could they could not fiance me . Weeks later I went to another dealership and I was financed within in an hour for a 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid, fully loaded. By the way..it was with the same finance company that Kings Ford said they could not get me financed. Very suspicious!!!! The other problem with Kings Ford is the service. I do have some bugs to iron out on my new car, and it is still under warranty by Ford. Kings Ford service will ask the mileage of the vehicle before scheduling an appointment. they seem to determine it the car is under warranty and if they can push the service schedule way out to let the mileage run out of warranty, they seem to do so. I called another dealer ship and they scheduled me 2 weeks before Kings Ford would schedule me. The second problem with Kings Ford service is, if you have a device that detects mechanical problems like Verizon Hum and you give them the detection code, they refuse to look it up and give advice, they just say to bring it in and they can diagnosed it, which is a problem because they schedule at least 3 weeks out from the time you call. the other ford service that i did schedule service took the time with me and looked it up and scheduled in right away. More

Unprofessional Sales Staff My wife and I had an awful experience and left us feeling that their sales staff and financing department were some of the least professionals humans My wife and I had an awful experience and left us feeling that their sales staff and financing department were some of the least professionals humans we've encountered and completely took advantage of her simply because she is a woman. We drove up on a Sunday with our young children to purchase the vehicle that my wife had test driven earlier that week. She texted the sales associate to let him know we were on our way up, and inquired about the tax and title fees for the vehicle, as she was purchasing the vehicle outright. When we arrived, he showed us another vehicle that was slightly more expensive while they were locating "her" car. After an hour of negotiating the "final price", they confessed that the vehicle had been sold two days prior. They stated that they would be able to find the same vehicle "in a day or two" if we were able to pay for it now... To add insult to injury, they would no longer honor the price that she had been quoted (in writing) from the finance department, and the finance manager took the original copy and handed us an altered facsimile of the original price quote. It was the classic "bate and switch" tactic that one associates with less than reputable dealerships, and we left completely feeling that they were taking advantage of my wife because she was a woman with cash. They were completely classless and unprofessional, and I wonder how many other folks have experienced similar tactics? It was just overall a pitiful experience for my wife and our family, when the sales associate could simply have let us know that the vehicle had been sold before we drove up to purchase with cash. For the record, she exchanged correspondence with him several times over the weekend and prior to driving there on Sunday. We feel like the service was so substandard and unprofessional that we'll register a complaint with the Ford Motor Company. Fortunately, we drove to Kerry Ford and purchased a vehicle from them, on the spot, and drove home later that evening. Read the other reviews about their service, associates, and unsavory sales practices... we'd strongly caution anyone interested in purchasing a Ford from this dealership. More
