He coordinated with my insurance, arranged for out-of-state registration and I made an appointment to come in, meet him, finalize the paperwork and check out my new car. When I arrived, everything was in order and as we discussed--no surprises--he gave me a tour of the car and I was on my way; he even recommended a good lunch spot to hit on my way home!
