As I have stated in previous surveys of the dealership drop off of my vehicle was fast and courteous.The service consultant was polite and professional.I was disappointed in the accommodations in the wait drop off of my vehicle was fast and courteous.The service consultant was polite and professional.I was disappointed in the accommodations in the waiting area.There were no complimentary coffee tea bottled water or snacks available.The only way in and out of the waiting area was when the garage door opened to let a vehicle enter.I live in another borough and inquired about valet vehicle pick up and drop off to and from home and was told they didn’t offer it. The advisors are polite and professional my only issue is that when we make an appointment for example at 9 am for an oil change why do I have to wait 3+ hours to finish. It’s not right that I have to spend that when we make an appointment for example at 9 am for an oil change why do I have to wait 3+ hours to finish. It’s not right that I have to spend half my day for a simple oil change and this is EVERY time I go. Why bother offering an appointment slot when you still have to wait hours for a service.
