I went there for the recall that my car had. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. It seems to me that they didn't do tire rotation and they charged for it. The way I know this is as follows: I had the pictures of my tires before the car went into the service. One of the tires was missing the cap. After the service, the same tire at the same location was missing the cap. They contacted me via text to see if everything is OK or not. They explained my issue to them via text. This is the fourth time that I brought my car into Nissan because the backup camera was lousy. This time I board in pictures of how it works at Knight and Victor looked at it and replaced it with a camera th because the backup camera was lousy. This time I board in pictures of how it works at Knight and Victor looked at it and replaced it with a camera that improve, but wasn’t fine. I am very happy. This is the fourth Nissan that I had it because of this camera issue I felt I will never buy one again, but perhaps I will take that back. More
