Worse experience in my life. MY CAR WAS OKAY BEFORE SERVICE NOW ITS WORSE. My steering wheel making more noise and i still have problem in my engine! I paid $1000 for nothing ! Came in because a/c wasn’t cooling. Advisor told me there was a hole in the condenser and that it wasn’t covered by my warranty even though the car is only 2yo. Not happy about that. Advisor told me a new was a hole in the condenser and that it wasn’t covered by my warranty even though the car is only 2yo. Not happy about that. Advisor told me a new condenser would cost $1000+tax installed. That was a real problem for me. When it dawned on the advisor that I might not sign up for this repair, he offered me a 10% discount, and he then revealed the existence of a less expensive source for a new condenser. Eventually I went along with the repair, and the a/c works fine now, but the whole thing left a bad taste. It’s like I was being tested to see how much I was actually willing to pay. But incredibly, as wounded and distrustful as I feel about this experience, it’s still better than I felt about the Nissan dealer I went to for service previously. They were even more sleazy and chased me to my current dealer. More
