Very poor from start to finish From the moment I brought my car into the body shop the people I felt with were rude, arrogant and nasty to deal with. I had just been in an accident From the moment I brought my car into the body shop the people I felt with were rude, arrogant and nasty to deal with. I had just been in an accident and was simply trying to know the proper way things need to progress and dealing with them was very uncomfortable. They told me it would only take a few days to repair the car. My car was there for 28 days!!! The damage to the rear bumper was not addressed at all. The owner told me that the insurance adjuster never mentioned anything about the rear bumper damage yet the Geico rep told me it would be worked on. It never was. I’ve been trying a Nissan vehicle for over 20 years now. I will never return to King’s Nissan and I will never recommend them to anyone I know. More
