Long wait When I pulled up to the poorly marked driveway I was not greeted by anyone. I sat in my car for a few min before getting out and walking into the shop When I pulled up to the poorly marked driveway I was not greeted by anyone. I sat in my car for a few min before getting out and walking into the shop to see where I’m supposed to go for service. A valet or mechanic... not sure... yelled from across the shop “bring it in,” pointing at the garage door that was closed. After finally giving over the car the guy told me to go into the office, which is just a waiting area with a service counter. The woman behind the counter, Kim, told me she’d be with us shortly. After about 10min (now 15-20min since pulling up to service) she asked what the problem was and stated it would take 1-1.5 hr to replace the battery on my car that is less than 2 months old. That is ridiculously long to change a battery on a brand new lease. Regardless, we ended up having to walk outside to a nearby deli because there were no seats available in the waiting area and I had my baby with me. After and hour and 45min my husband walked up and asked how much longer it would be because we needed to head home asap to feed the baby. Kim stated “They’re changing the battery right now, it will just be a few more minutes.” After another half hour, I walked up to the counter asking how much longer and Kim, with a nasty attitude stated it would be a few more minutes. I explained she said that a half hour ago and she shrugged and said it would be a few more minutes with no sense of urgency. After a few min I walked up again stating I need my car immediately because the wait was not reasonable and my baby needs to eat... she simply said “I can’t do that” and shrugged again. I asked again and asked to speak to a manager and she said ok and walked away. When she returned 5 min later she handed me a receipt and told me my car was outside, completely disregarding my concerns. I will NEVER return to this dealership for service. I’ve worked at a dealership for over a decade so I know how good service should go, I even know that sometimes things take awhile and service isn’t great but this was absolutely unreal. More

No Nonsense Dealership The worst part of getting a new car is just wanting someone to just be honest with me.... but that is too much to expect from most dealerships... but The worst part of getting a new car is just wanting someone to just be honest with me.... but that is too much to expect from most dealerships... but at Kings Nissan honesty is all I got from salesman Asim Zia. I walked into the dealership and met him this past August and he gave me a very competitive price on a Rogue SV. I was almost sure that at some point in the deal some finance manager was going to try and add on a bank fee or say we didn't include the taxes which I had already explained that I wanted rolled into the payment. On the day we scheduled the signing and pickup I was literally there for twenty minutes or so... none of the details or amounts of our agreement changed and it was one of the best experiences in leasing that I have had in years... I told a co-worker who was looking for a car about the good experience I had with Asim Zia and he went to Kings Nissan and had the same experience with Asim.... I just went back to him again to pick up another Nissan for my wife and again Asim didn't disappoint me. I had to take the time to write this review because his honest tactics are so hard to find, trust me I went to two other Nissan dealerships to verify that I had a competitive price and the numbers agreed on with Asim never wavered inaccurate. He is definitely worth looking into! More

I had one brief meeting with her, told her what I wanted, and she found it in minutes and offered me the best deal possible. Over the next week, she handled all of the paperwork, insurance, registration, etc. and I walked in to return my car and drive away with my new one in less than an hour. I have recommended her to several friends and family over the years and no one has been disappointed.
