Stay AWAY! !!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM --VICTOR----!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited this Nissan dealership for a routine inspection and to diagnose a speaker/au !!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM --VICTOR----!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited this Nissan dealership for a routine inspection and to diagnose a speaker/audio issue. The service advisor, Victor, forced me to replace my battery(without any testing just because it was not Nissan) for $609 before they would continue diagnosing the speakers, claiming the two issues were related. They would not give me my car if I wouldn't pay. I had a new battery had been recently installed, it was high quality and perfectly suitable foe my Nissan Sentra. Nissan headquarters later confirmed that the battery should have been tested first and that any explanations should have been provided at the dealership. Because the battery was replaced, my inspection could not be completed that day, and I was not provided the paperwork explaining that the system requires driving time to reset. As a result, my inspection later expired, and I received a ticket. The dealership also claimed the speakers were replaced, but the time listed on the service summary does not appear sufficient for that repair, and the audio issue remains unresolved. Afterward, I contacted the dealership multiple times to report that the speaker problem was still present. They refused to provide any further service and told me I could not return because I had complained to Nissan headquarters. This dealership pressures customers into unnecessary repairs, provides misleading information, and refuses to resolve ongoing issues. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
