Great once I found the place! Caution: Google Maps will leave you across the street and catty corner from this location. Since I’d never been to this particular dealership (or area), I was rather frustrated trying to get to it, but after going around three times I finally called and was directed there by one of the managers. The waiting area is small but comfortable. I got to catch up on some reading while I waited, and the service itself was exceptional. My only criticism would be the following: (1) signs should be placed marking where the proper garage entrance is. I later saw a cone but it wasn’t there when I first arrived (and got lost). (2) the woman’s bathroom could use some work, tidiness, potpourri and hand paper towels. :-) More

Customer Service My customer service agent, Winston Robinson was excellent in all areas in all aspects. However, Rohan Singh, this was my second encounter with Mr. S My customer service agent, Winston Robinson was excellent in all areas in all aspects. However, Rohan Singh, this was my second encounter with Mr. Singh, he was obnoxiously arrogant, when I alerted him that there was a spill in the Ladies Room. On my very first visit, he was my customer service agent, and he abruptly dismissed my valid complaint that my wait was inexhorbitanly long for a routine service call. I figure the first encounter he might've been having a bad day. Not two bad days, sux months apart. I feel needs customer care classes; as another might not be so kind as to just give him a poor rating. Thanks! More
