They answered my questions and I was out of there pretty quickly compared to some of my other car buying experiences. They also even let me take the car to an independent auto body shop to have it checked out because it had been in a minor accident. They expressed they don't buy cars with frame damage or any other major issues. The auto body shop said the car looked great. The dealer said the car was in great shape mechanically. Super happy with my purchase and the deal I got. Would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used luxury car. More

As a CPA I was the most skeptical person to ever visit Kingstowne, in fact, I Truly an awesome experience - DO NOT BUY A PRE-OWNED CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. As a CPA I was the most skeptical person to ever visit Kingstowne, in fact, I said that I would never purchase a car from a small independent dealer - I was dead wrong! The entire experience with Sean was low stress and no pressure. I arrived, took the car for a long test drive, thoroughly looked over ever inch of the car and negotiated the deal with Sean. When I picked up the car a week later, it was completely detailed and looked great. Sean even followed me to the gas station to fill up the car at the expense of the dealership. Really, I lost a lot of sleep when I thought about buying a car from an independent dealer, but Kingstowne proved me wrong. I took my newly acquired 2014 BMW 435i convertible to the BMW dealer and they confirmed that it was in great shape, however, it needed a tire replaced to pass Maryland's state inspection (much tougher than Virginia) which he had committed to covering anything needed to pass. He offered for me to come back to the dealership and he would give me a better used tire, which would have been fine. However, the drive is 42 miles in each direction in heavy traffic, so I opted to pay the dealer $430 for a new tire so it would pass inspection. I let Sean know what happened and even though he said he could have gotten a used tire for $60, he offered to send me $200 towards the new tire. That is a man of integrity and class!! In the future, I will always look only to Kingstowne for my car needs since I rarely purchase a new car!! More

We worked with Sean who is a true professional and was extremely accommodating to our requests. He was friendly and knowledgeable and truly went the extra mile for us. The car that we were interested in had an open recall and he arranged for it to be taken to the dealer down the street which saved us from having to do so. We returned to pick up the car and he arranged for a couple of missing items to be ordered and sent to us. We paid a fair price for the car and my son could not be happier. As a woman buying a car, I had concerns about games that I have experienced with other dealerships (new and used as well as for luxury and non-luxury). Things such as the no haggle pricing with great explanations for the rationale of the pricing, responsiveness to all questions and yet no pressure to buy, along with the ease of completing the transaction all made for an easy car buying process. I did my own research to follow up and their logic was sound. All of this made car buying as stress free as it can be. Where Kingstowne stands in a class of its own was how they handled things after the car purchase when most dealers will just ignore you after they have your money. I discovered something unusual with a rear car window. Sean told me to bring the car back. He and the team saw I had my young child with me who was having a bad day. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and assistance getting the loaner usable for us to use. They made a loaner available until everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I definitely would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kingstowne! More
