I came in pretty close to closing time but the salesmen were kind and enthusiastic about me coming in, even though they were about to get off. I had a trade in that they gladly took a look at and gave me a more than fair price on. I was able to sign all the documents and drove away in my new truck in less than 2 hours. The whole staff was professional and courteous. This was the fourth dealership that I had visited and was very pleased with the entire experience. One of our family friends bought two cars from Kingstowne Motorcars over the last 3 years, one for the family and another one for their son, so they naturally recommended this place to us. We are so grateful that they did, because meeting Sean and Bill and how they do business was unbelievable. We needed to get a large SUV for our growing family and found a nice Chevy Tahoe here. We were so pleased with the car, which was in immaculate shape as they had described on their website, that we purchased it. Since we purchased the Tahoe there in 2015, I am pleased to say that it has been running in great shape. And since me and my husband loved our experience with Kingstowne so much, we have decided to have them do all of our service as well. They have a great mechanic and a real great turnaround on minor maintenance like oil change and tire rotations and the sort. The sales and support team at Kingstowne were great the showed me the vehicle and let me take a it for a test drive. The office was neat and clean and they had a lot of other very nice vehicles on the lot. When it came time to purchase the vehicle it took less than 45 minutes and although I had my own financing they had options available for me if I needed it. Sam and his family were very responsive to my needs and helped make the buying process painless. I plan to buy from them again but more importantly I would recommend Kingstowne Motorcars to my family and friends. More
