As an owner of a few businesses, I don't have much free time in my day, and I'm aware that purchasing a car is an all day process. Luckily when I began my phone calls, Ali, one of the owners picked up on a Sunday. The previous dealerships that had a model I was interested in were all closed on Sundays, so going to Kingstowne made my life much easier! Here is why I'm super amped on this dealership. When I was about to leave the parking lot AFTER purchasing the car, my airbag light went off. Juan did some diagnostics and said, don't worry, we will take care of everything. The next day, Juan personally came to my office, picked up my Range Rover, and left me with another RR and took mine to the dealership since it was still under warranty. When the issue was fixed (just a seat belt that needed added tension), Juan came back to my office and dropped off my vehicle and took the loaner back to Kingstowne. Bottom line is, the took care of me even after they got the sale. As soon as my wife's car's lease is finished, we KNOW we will be coming here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The sales process was not an agonizing and confusing one (as car sales can often be) because Billy, the sales manager, approached the process with honesty and transparency, trying to earn the business.
