Beware! I just purchased a 2006 Mercedes 2006 S Class from them on May 22. The car didn't make it 7 miles from the dealership until the tire sensor warning c I just purchased a 2006 Mercedes 2006 S Class from them on May 22. The car didn't make it 7 miles from the dealership until the tire sensor warning came on. I pulled over to a gas station to get gas, there was less than an 1/8 in the car when I picked it up, and almost 2,000 additional miles on it since waiting for my loan to process. While at the station I checked the air pressure in the tires. The pressure was fine. While there I decided to put a CD in the player. After opening the truck I found wires sticking out of the player and the magazine was missing. I called the owner of Kingstowne and he told me that I can't expect to find all the parts on a used car when you buy it. This is no joke. His exact words. I told him about the sensors and he stated the car was sold as is even though he said the car was in perfect running condition. Such great condition in fact that he allowed his wife to drive it with their daughter in it. He further stated that since I negotiated $700 off the asking price that he could not fix the problems. I took the car into the nearest Mercedes dealership and found that the sensor in each tire was bad. Parts and labor $630. Magazine $75. Who know what tomorrow may bring. Long story short, these are not the kind of people you want to do business with. My guess is that most of there ratings are probably written by the owner himself. Beware, get a mechanic to look the car over before purchasing it and do not buy "as is." Do yourself a big favor and stay away from Kingstowne. These are not good people. Do not give them the requested $1,000 deposit. More

Best car buying Experience I have been buying cars for over 20 years and my experience Kingstowne MotorCars has been my best thus far. Sean who was my salesman was knowledgeable I have been buying cars for over 20 years and my experience Kingstowne MotorCars has been my best thus far. Sean who was my salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle yet not pushy. I did exhaustive research on the Lexus LS 460L and knew everything about it so I was quite impressed with Sean"s overall knowledge of the vehicle. I Purchased a carfax on the vehicle I end up purchasing prior to going to Kingstowne because i'm skeptical of dealerships trustworthiness and to my delight both were exact and clean. I also received a great deal that I doubt I could get anywhere else and it made the drive from Maryland all worth it. I am now a proud owner of a beautiful Lexus LS 460L and Sean of Kingstowne Motorcars made it happen..............HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More

Very satisfied with my purchasing experience at Kingstowne I have purchased my last four cars from individual sellers as my previous used car dealer experiences have not been great. The dealer was 30 miles away so I phoned to verify the car was still available and set an appointment with Sean. When I arrived the car was clean and prepped with top down ready for inspection and a test drive. Sean was busy finishing with another customer so Bill the manager answered all of my questions. Both Sean and Bill were a pleasure to deal with. I ended up selecting a different car than I had originally come to see with lower miles. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and were very helpful through the financing process. I never felt pressured to make a decision and no sales tactics were used to create urgency. It was refreshing to find a used dealership with a nice selection of quality low mileage cars who conduct themselves very professionally and price their inventory at a ready to sell price. They continue to support their customers after the sale and go out of their way to earn your business. I will definitely be calling Bill and/or Sean at Kingstowne Motorcars when it comes time to replace my wife's car. More

Sales person was Sam and he was very open with everything about the car, down to the car history. When my 2005 BMW 545i had a problem one week after purchased they told me they would fix it. And i had a nice car to drive as they fix my car for free. Their service is the best. And in the near future i would like to either do a trade in or purchase another vehicle from them. I recommend Kingstowne MotorCars to friends and anyone that's looking for a peace of mind in their purchase with a good customer service. More

They took my vehicle back in and ordered me a new rim and tire. I also mentioned that I heard a rattling noise and a whining sound under the hood. They took care of this for me at no cost. Great service and the purchasing process was simple and straight to the point, no hidden agendas. Would I buy from Kingstowne Motor again, Yes. More

I was in the market for a high end luxury car and after visiting several websites I kept finding myself viewing different cars at Kingstowne. The prices are the best I've seen and the miles on the vehicles are unmatched in the area. I was able to look at all the cars there without being followed around the dealership "annoying" and this was after the guys waited around for an hour after normal business hours. I would definitely recommend these guys if your in the market for luxury at a good price. More
