I was a little skeptical considering Manassas has many small car dealerships that I don't really trust BUT Kings all over for and at the right price! I drove from NC. to KTmotorcars in VA. to purchase an infiniti. I was very please with the cleanliness of the inside of the car and the immaculate shape of the outside for a used car. Many used car dealers advertise a “no pressure, no hassle,” buying experience but so far I’ve seen only one dealership that actually delivers on that promise at a great price. After searching for several weeks, I finally found a low mileage, fully loaded Infiniti G37x at a very low price sold by Kingstowne Motorcars. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed something unusual – the typical mob of sales people wandering around the parking lot, wearing matching shirts was missing. Instead, there were only 2 people in the office doing some paperwork with customers. One of them, Sam, asked me which car I am interested in and just gave me the keys to go for a test drive. I liked the car, and by force of habit I immediately tried to bargain. Sam explained to me in a very friendly and professional way that their advertised prices are final. They believe that keeping the overhead costs low by not supporting a sales force and passing the savings to the customer is more valuable than inflating the sales price and then negotiating discounts to create an illusion for the buyer that he/she got a great deal. Although I liked the car very much, I was so used to haggling over the price, that I left and went to test drive another car at a nearby dealership. After an hour or so, I realized that it would be extremely stupid of me to pass on this great vehicle and I went back and bought it. Few days later I went to the local Infiniti dealership to get an oil change. They checked the car and told me that it’s in a great shape and has always been maintained at Infiniti dealerships. This confirmed what I already knew – I got a great deal. More

I wouldn't deal with these people if they had the last car on the planet. I went it to purchase a Saab 93 convertible. I wanted to see if I could finance it to build my credit. They submitted my information but then sold the car to another customer without contacting me. I had to call them days later to find out. No one from the dealership contacted me about problems with the financing. I could have put an almost 60% down payment if they had contacted me. Overall I have never seen such a dismissive and slimy bunch of car sales people in my life. At least have the professionalism to call me. More

The appointment went off without a hitch, no pressure, no hassle, NO GIMMICKS!!!!!! The price was exactly as Sam had quoted over the phone. This company made my whole buying process very smooth and stress free. I am so happy with the service that was given to me. I have called with some questions and concerns after the purchase. The staff was more than willing to help me out with any issues that I was having with the car. I would recommend KT Motor Cars to anyone. More
