Hello Brenda- We just recieved your review via this third party resource. We completely remmember you coming to the dealership and test driving the vehicle. First of all I see three issues here 1- Negotiating at the price. 2- Test Driving the vehicle with accident 3-Not selling you the vehicle at desired price. I completely recall your email that you sent us initially after speaking to someone and even though having conversation with the salesperson he told a completely different story I personally sent you an apology email incase you DID have a bad experience over the phone. Brenda People call here all day long low balling the employees of the company regarding a vehicle and make unrealistic offer. If we do not want to sell the car at their offer or they do not want to buy the car at listed price there is no pressure on anyone. When i sent you a response according to your research there were no cars with this option available as we mentioned online and we mentioned to you in email and YOU AS A SMART Consumer knew it. YOU EMAIL MENTIONED CARS AT 1000 MILES AWAY FROM US Base models with 30K more miles at 3,000 difference. Only shipping car from Texas cost a $1000 and then there is a difference in 30,000 miles and 80,000 miles car. On top of that there are no options which you knew yourself or you would not be looking at this vehicle that we had. We paid top dollars to get the vehicle in and we wanted to make a average profit from it because that is our living. I remmeber you told me over the phone when I said it is sales that you hada bad experience with sales people every time you bought a car and you mentioning over the phone you only want to speak to manager. Everyone in the dealership try to assist you a as a part of customer service and keep in mind without justification I took your words and sent you an apology email which I still have in my Sent Box. BRENDA- IT IS NOT A CRIME TO SELL A CAR FOR DESIRED PROFT AND IT IS NOT A CRIME TO DECLINE ANYONE`S OFFER. 2- Accident on Carfax .CARFAX gathers information from state police, service and body shops. CARFAX unintentionally omits information that could be helpful to both dealers and consumers. There are many accident free vehicles on the road that are haunted by "bad CARFAX reports" simply because panicked motorists decided to report harmless, no damage fender benders to local police. Regardless of the information disclosed by CARFAX, we have a FULL DISCLOSURE POLICY. If we are aware of a prior incident that presumably resulted in frame/unibody/structural damage, we share the information with buyers. We do not shy away from tarnished CARFAX reports. Each and every CARFAX report is available on our website regardless of the content. We encourage people to purchase a vehicle as if we were in 1997. Years ago, people would revert to the basics - properly inspecting a vehicle to ensure that it is safe and sound. Like other dealers we properly recondition our vehicles to make them aesthetically acceptable. We do this as part of our sales strategy - not to hide, conceal and camouflage body work. We provided you carfax offered to take to a mechanic prior to sale if you are not comfortable with accident. IT`S NOT LIKE WE TRIED TO TRICK YOU OR SOMETHING OR HIDE ANYTHING FROM YOU. You knew about accident before even coming to take a look at the vehicle. 3-Location wise we sell cars not showroom floors. Our prices are low because we keep our overhead cost low so people can fly from states to buy car here or even after including the shipping its still an excellent deal from them. You insulted us telling us I thought it is a dealership but we did not get rude to you and still let you test drive the vehicle. We still let you take a look at the vehicle and we tried to help you out in every single manner we could. Just because we did not sell the car at your offered price does not make us shady or make our location look bad or business as shady business. 3-Now the most important thing. YOU KNEW THE VEHICLE HAD AN ACCIDENT, YOU SAW THE CARFAX ONLINE, WE TOLD YOU WE WILL NOT SELL YOU THE VEHICLE LESS THEN ADVERTISE PRICE. You came here and pretended like you never called here and never sent us an email but this is what we do for living and this is what our job is and DESPITE OF THAT WE KNEW YOU HAS MADE LOW OFFERS ON THE VEHICLE WE STILL LET YOU TAKE THE VEHICLE FOR TEST DRIVE just to keep the customer service. We sat with you tried to show you all the cars in the market with the options and there was no car with the same option, we even showed you the profit. Now just because you want to buy something at your desired price and we did not sell it to you does not mean that you post this kind of review . If the vehicle has bad interior because IT IS A USED VEHICLE and it says on the ad the some minor scuffs scratches may occur as part of being used. We helped you out and YOU KNOW IT. Again it is not a crime to decline an offer and customer can walk away as you mentioned you will be back after lunch and never came back but we did not call or harass you. We leave everything at customer decretion if they want to buy the vehicle or if they do not buy the vehicle without any pressuse. EVEN THOUGH WE BOTH KNOW THIS REVIEW IS NOT CORRECT IS JUST BASED ON BECAUSE WE DID NOT SELL THE CAR FOR $15000 we still apologize to you for any harsh experience that you might have and WE WILL REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU DELETE THIS REVIEW. We were 100% percent upfront about the condition IT IS A USED VEHICLE. We post Carfax Online so there were no hidden Truths and We let you test drive the vehicle. It will be really appreciated if you delete this comment and Enjoy your new vehicle bcz this is not fair to us. We are all humans and should not accuse anyone of anything that they did not do. Once again sorry for any harsh experience and it will be really appreciated if you delete this review. Thank you Sam

Hello: I’ve responded to relevant portions below in bullet point. Please don’t bother me anymore, dealing with your company has been irritating enough. I’m entitled to my opinion. Also, your accusations are meritless, and your statements are wholly inaccurate. I completely recall your email that you sent us initially after speaking to someone and even though having conversation with the salesperson he told a completely different story I personally sent you an apology email in case you DID have a bad experience over the phone. - Of course a sales employee is not going to verbally admit to their boss that they got snarky with a potential customer. Brenda People call here all day long low balling the employees of the company regarding a vehicle and make unrealistic offer. If we do not want to sell the car at their offer or they do not want to buy the car at listed price there is no pressure on anyone. BRENDA- IT IS NOT A CRIME TO SELL A CAR FOR DESIRED PROFT AND IT IS NOT A CRIME TO DECLINE ANYONE`S OFFER. - I did not make an unrealistic offer. Based on the condition (fair) of the interior, the rougher ride than others we had test drove, and the fact that there were one, possibly two incidents on the car fax it was incredibly fair. - I did not email you any cars from 1000 cars away. My search parameters were set at the distance I was personally willing to drive from my house- 250 miles. None of the vehicles had over 50k miles because that was the top of our requirement. There is still a Type R manual available in Red Lion PA for 16,995 with less miles than yours. We paid $19k for the one we bought because it was worth the money. I never made an offer for 15k. I only said I’ve seen them priced as low as that. You obviously need to be more attentive when people are talking to you. - I’m not alleging it’s a crime to decline an offer, nor am I suggesting that that any crime was committed. - It is not my fault you over paid for a bad vehicle. - As business man you should be familiar with basic economic principles such as profit and loss, as well and income tax write offs for business loss. Occasionally people make poor purchasing decisions. It is poor business practice to try to pass off your bad purchase to your customer by not accounting for your error in judgment when pricing. - I said in my review I knew it had an accident. I did not insinuate that I was unaware of this fact. As for pretending I never called, that’s my discretion. I am not obligated to apprise you of my prior contacts. Many people do this. - You state “let me” take it for a test drive like I had no intention of buying it if it was worth the money. Sir, I assure you, we were approved for much higher than that vehicle was priced. Again, it was not worth it. It was not clean, it did not run well, and there were other cosmetic issues. - You did not tell me prior to arrival you would not negotiate the advertised price. You only stated that you would not go as low as $15k, which again I never even offered. We sat with you tried to show you all the cars in the market with the options and there was no car with the same option, we even showed you the profit. Now just because you want to buy something at your desired price and we did not sell it to you does not mean that you post this kind of review . - You are right we did do this, we identified other cars that were a better value for the money, then we left and bought one of them. If the vehicle has bad interior because IT IS A USED VEHICLE and it says on the ad the some minor scuffs scratches may occur as part of being used. - Seemingly destroyed leather seats is not minor. - The roughness in the transmission was not minor either. This was not the first C30 we’d driven. It was noticeable. - You did not help me out. Not even in the least. - You did not pressure me. Your staff did laugh at me and get smart. It’s not a proper sales tactic. - If you really wanted me to remove the review you should have replied using accurate facts. In conclusion, though it is clear you think I’m a moron, you are sorely mistaken. Your establishment was not professional, and the prices were inflated. You make it sound like I was low balling you when I never even made an actual offer, I only provided comparably priced models, you deduced (incorrectly) the rest on your own. Most importantly, if you think you’re going to run a business please check your spelling and grammar before you email people stuff like this. Its exceptionally unprofessional to use capital letters and spell that horridly throughout a business communication. I was quite happy taking my business elsewhere, paying more than your price. It’s not about the price. It’s about the value. I’m not removing the review.

Hello Brenda- I read the whole message and I have decided to leave it the way it is. You know where YOU are right and where WE are right so there is no point of going back and forth on this. When someone makes a false accusation it gets back to them ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. We try to do fair business with our clients and let them make decisions. We never push customers and normally do our research before we post them online. You paid 19k for your vehicle good for you. We hope you love your car and we have nothing against you. We just felt it was really unfair for you to pass these comments regarding our dealership. Because at the end of the day we work hard and are trying to do fair business and not trying to take someone`s money. Someone wants to buy the vehicle they buy it someone do not want to buy it they do not buy it. You feel like you did the right thing by posting this review and you think all the information you provided was accurate that is fine with us. Profit and loss are our business decision and it is unfair for a customer to convince us we paid more or less. They can make their own decision as in your case you made your decision and we made our decision not to sell the car less then what we advertised for. We will leave this matter to Mother Nature as false accusation gets backs in one way or another. We sold our vehicle for the listed price anyhow and the couple Flew from Ohio to pick up the vehicle. They knew exactly what they were looking for. God Bless you and enjoy your new vehicle. We will not contact your anymore after this.
