John started the paperwork, signed all the papers, from there we went to the Finance Dept. and worked with Brian, who was quick & courteous! After that, John explained the newest and latest features on our new vehicle. Sat with me in the car and went through some of the more important features. Great experience, enjoy the vehicle. He immediately sat down with us and keyed into the computer our requirements for a new truck. We had very specific needs because we had just bought a 5th wheel. He found a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel that met our needs, brought it right away, we brought in our trade-ins and we were done! The truck is absolutely perfect for what we need - we love it.
