THE MOST AMAZING BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My Friday started with an appointment to discuss car costs at the dealership I have gone for service for the past 5 years on my Jeep. I stopped at the mailbox on my way out, saw a circular of the Summer Sales event and some special programs that were offered. I decided to call and give it a shot, Thank God I did! I was connected with John Ruggles who has become my new "favorite person" He was honest, concise, and had all of my options laid out for me very clearly. He then introduced me to (who I could not believe was the General Manager) Mr. Jeffrey Beane. Because he greeted me as I walked in the door and was visible the ENTIRE duration of my visit. These gentleman were able to get my current loan paid, get me financed and into a brand NEW 2014 within 3 hours. Even Kim in finance was very kind and sweet and continued to give excellent service and never rushed me. The entire staff at Klaben was wonderful and they should be proud to be a part of an organization that believes in hometown pride, and customer satisfaction. So, Gilbert Perrin stepped in. My daughter, who was with me and I just instantly liked him. This wasn't my first rodeo and I knew what to expect, but Gilbert made the process easy. We even laughed and joked and was kidding him about him being one of the new guys there. He treated us with respect and worked to get the payment that I was comfortable with. Even when I picked up the car, I had a senior moment and forgot my registration and my insurance card. Didn't even faze him; here take this car, go home and get your paperwork. And when I had left some things in my old car to transfer, but forgot to, he took it all in stride and helped me with that too. I told him he's a good kid. More

Purchas of a new Jeep Cherokee I am a skeptic when purchasing autos. Never bought but one new car in the past and it was a lemon. I entered Klaben's with a very dim view yet was interested in the Jeep product. I was met by Caleb Jacobs, whose easy manner helped alleviate my lack of ease. He gave me the keys to take a new Jeep for a drive. After understanding what I wanted on the car, he showed me several. The last one clicked! Had all I wanted and more, the price was reasonable! After a bit of further negotiation on price we shook hands. He took me to Brian Franklin, Financial Services Mgr. who helped me set up the financing to purchase the car. I asked to delay picking up the car due to personal problems till Monday of the next week. Caleb had the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude ready, sparkling clean and ready to go!
