Another great experience.. Had to call Joe because my 2014 dodge avenger was making a loud noise, and we were scared to do any damage to it by driving it in that condition for too long. I called Joe at 930 am and he fitted us in immediately. Told us it might be a while with us really coming in without an appt. They took it back to find that there was a rock stuck in the wheel system that was causing the problem. They had us in and out like they had a race cars pit crew back there. Literally we were done in less time than Ive ever been there for even an oil change. Both Joe Hilliard and Matt King are a huge asset to klaben. Keep up the good work.
