I appreciate the positive marks in a few of the categories, however I am more interested in the issues you experienced when it came to communication during your visit. In reading your your comments I must agree that communication was not one of our strong points. For this I sincerely apologize. No excuses. We ask for feedback as we truly want to hear how we are doing when it comes to delivering on the expectations of our customers. When we fail miserably, as in your case, the entire leadership team becomes aware and takes notice. You see, our expectations of ourselves and the team are much the same as a customer should expect. We coach, train and discuss on a regular basis, the need to set ourselves apart from the competition (in a good way), because we feel that it is our obligation to do so. Your comments will be shared in future coaching sessions as we work to determine and then correct the root cause of your negative experience.
