After 5 PM I received a voicemail asking me to call about our vehicle we had dropped off the day before using the night drop box packet. Then in the afternoon I called again and they could not find him nor could they tell me anything about my vehicle. Later in the day I got another blocked call VM, again just asking me to call back. I did and again they said the caller was busy, so I told them to call my wife's cell because she does not have SPAM blocking. He called back and started talking about the wrong vehicle. Once we were placed on hold he came back on and asked a number of questions, asking what vehicle we dropped off and where did we put the keys? (Uh -in the filled out and sealed service envelope we placed into the chute where it says night drop). After another hold he came back and said, "Oh yea, your car is done". Communication is not one of their strong points. More
Everytime I bring my vehicle here, it's always a good experience. Corey listens to my concerns and makes sure to note them for the techs to look at. This dealership has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. The employees and Mr. Klaben are very honest, understanding and thoughtful. They will do anything to get your vehicle running have ever experienced. The employees and Mr. Klaben are very honest, understanding and thoughtful. They will do anything to get your vehicle running properly with the upmost respect and transparency. I have gone to other dealerships and auto repair shops in the past, and they have always been very shady. I was expecting more of the same when I brought my truck to Klaben for servicing, but they proved my theory about dealerships wrong with their commitment to customer satisfaction. Both the employees and management will go the extra mile to explain things in detail and honor their price estimates. I finally found a dealership that I can trust, and I will always go to Klaben for future auto repair. Kim was very polite, gave detailed explanations and even offered to give me a ride somewhere while I waited for my truck. I also spoke to Mr. Klaben directly, and I could sense that he was very concerned with my situation. Truly amazing people! More

Kim Rafferty was AMAZING. She went overboard to keep me updated and to expedite the return of my car. Highly recommend her! The only thing I didn’t like was while waiting for my radio to come in it was par updated and to expedite the return of my car. Highly recommend her!
