Service above all others Recently took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation after I installed some new suspension parts. I had the service center also handle any out Recently took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation after I installed some new suspension parts. I had the service center also handle any outstanding recalls while it was there. My truck was completely finished and ready for pickup within three hours. Justin took care of everything for this job and throughly explained everything that was done and why it was done. Extremely helpful and friendly. I also noticed that I was charged for an oil change that was done but I hadn't requested one. He immediately took the charge off no questions asked or hassle. He answered all the questions I had about upcoming service milestones and even recommended things I didn't know. Couldn't be happier with my experience and look forward to using Klaben service center for all the future repairs I need. More

repair vist went to get mud flaps installed on our new jeep and even though they said they had them in stock they did not have the correct ones one the 2nd visit went to get mud flaps installed on our new jeep and even though they said they had them in stock they did not have the correct ones one the 2nd visit again they were to have check to make sure they were correct but when we arrived the ones they had were not the correct ones. I explained to them that it was a 120 round trip to come to see them but I like their dealership. More

Went in for a repair on transmission.. I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite. With a transmission issue. 2 repairs to get it right and still problems. Was called to pick up originally I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite. With a transmission issue. 2 repairs to get it right and still problems. Was called to pick up originally after software update and then called again to say the girl that drove it to be washed couldn’t get it to switch gears. I have a newborn and this wouldn’t not have been great to be in. Repaired a valve after this and left a voicemail stating “it would be a few days to complete”. Got a call the very next morning stating it was ready to pick up. I was at work and would be for the next two days u til after six pm. Service tech stated rudely “I guess that will have to be ok, we stop paying for the rental when the car is ready”. Given the pressure, I left work and took an attendance hit to come get my car. Only to drive it 2 miles and feel it jerk again when moving from reverse to drive. I will not only go to another service location, I will choose another dealer for my fiancé and I to get our next cars. Likely A Rubicon and Sahara. Not that it matters as Fiat/Chrysler makes enough money. Work of mouth is powerful. This Jeep is most certainly a lemon and I’m very disappointed. As a side note, Carl Esker and Nick were fantastic when I worked with them to lease my vehicle. More
